Two pieces – chicken breast
One – a small size lettuce
Very little – liquid olive oil
One – tomatoes
One – red onion
Half cup of – canned corn
Preparing method :
1.First leave chicken meat in a tefal frying pan with a drop of oil on low fire .
2.While chicken meat is being fried , divide well cleaned greeneries and put on service plate .
3.Place all ingredients on the plate as you wish .
4. In the end cut fried chicken meat into thin and long pieces , mix salt and pepper with greeneries.
- Add pomegranate pickle and a bit olive oil for your taste and service the salad.
